ONLINE TRAINING OF TRAINERS TO CREATE DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES
The Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), is launching the 6th session of the "Formation de formateurs à la création de formations à distance", which will run from December 20, 2021 to January 30, 2022 completely online with two hours of activities per day at the convenience of learners.
The purpose of this training is to enable teachers to acquire the knowledge necessary to pedagogically structure training modules entirely online and to tutor via distance learning platforms autonomously.
The course is aimed at teachers from member universities who meet the following requirements:
- Have a project to integrate ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) into a training module in a university curriculum;
- Have basic office and Internet skills (e-mail management, web searches, file transfers, software downloads, etc.); - Be motivated.);
- Be self-motivated.
The course comprises three interdependent workshops:
Workshop 1: Scripting and production of online teaching resources.
Workshop 2: Structuring a course on an online learning environment.
Workshop 3: Online tutoring.
