The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a call for tenders for "Maintenance and repair work ", within the framework of the 2023 operating budget , chapter 22-18, article 01.
The specifications are structured in a single batch:

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
Qualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "technical" or "financial", as the case may be. The two envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to:

A/ Application form :
- The application form, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Coté et initié specifications
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of tax identification
- Bank account number and address
- Copy of the audited or scheduled statement of accounts dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS
- Company status.
- Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
- Professional skills (certificate of qualification, accreditation, etc.).
- Financial capacity (financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last three years, including RCRs, and bank references).
- Technical capabilities (human and material resources and professional references)
B/ Technical offer file :
- Work guarantee (written commitment).
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS
- A CNAS declaration certifying the number of employees
- Copy of criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission
- Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed
C/ Financial offer file:
- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed
- Estimated and quantitative details signed, dated and sealed
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids at the Faculty headquarters from: June 15, 2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is: June 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
The bids will be opened on the same day as the submission deadline: June 22, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the Tizi-Ouzou Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
Tenders are valid for a period equal to the tender preparation period plus three months from the date of tender opening.
