- Letter of acceptance from a foreign institution with very high scientific and technological capabilities, specifying the period of advanced training (may be submitted at a later date).
2- MAA-doctorant and MAB-doctorant

3- Administrative and technical staff
- Handwritten request to the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board for an advanced training course (SP)
- University degree
- A complete work project (downloadable) , signed by the applicant and endorsed by the Dean for faculty staff and the Rector or his representative for rectorate and central services staff.

- Letter of acceptance to the scientific event (may be submitted at a later date)
- Summary of the communication
- For non-salaried doctoral students and teacher-researchers preparing a doctoral thesis, the handwritten application must include the opinion of the thesis director. Doctoral students must also provide proof of regular enrolment from the second year onwards(2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school attendance certificates required).
- The communication must be related to the thesis theme.
NB: Hospital-academics may be exempted from the requirement to submit a letter of acceptance and an abstract.
