In view of the current health situation, and despite the possible approach of a fourth, announced, wave of Covid-19, sanitary measures have recently become much more lax, particularly in the rector's tower. In view of the experience gained in the very near past, all staff are reminded to observe the following instructions:
- Compulsory wearing of bibs, especially when moving around the administration.
- Regular hand washing.
- Respect for physical distance.
- Avoid clenching hands.
- Ventilate offices by opening windows and doors several times a day.
- Avoid taking the elevator in large numbers and without bibs.
- Avoid moving from one office to another, except for service reasons.
- When moving from one office to another to meet service requirements, bibs must be worn, duration kept to a minimum and distance maintained.
