We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has been awarded a new scientific exchange program by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the year 2024.
The Scientific Exchange Program (SEP) aims to support USDA agricultural research objectives by fostering collaborative programs between agricultural professionals from eligible countries, U.S. agricultural professionals, the international agricultural research system and U.S. entities conducting research.
This program is specifically aimed at African applicants, offering a 12-week research residency program at an American institution focused on feed and fertilizer innovation in Africa. Scheduled to start in May 2024, the fellowship program is fully underwritten by the organizers, covering all expenses including international and domestic travel to the USA , health insurance in the US, accommodation and living expenses.
