The Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for accommodation and catering services as part of its 2020 operating budget.

The specifications are structured in two lots
Lot1: Accommodation and catering (evening meals).
Lot 2: Catering (lunch to be served on contractor's premises).
The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the General Secretariat of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou (6th floor).
Tenders must include the application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "application file", "technical offer" or "financial offer", as the case may be. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "To be opened only by the bid evaluation and selection committee".
