The Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs lecturers class "B" and research fellows class "B" of the opening of the fourth (4th) application session for university accreditation.
Pursuant to article 45 of executive decree no. 08-130 of May 3, 2008 on the special status of teacher-researchers and article 57 of executive decree no. 08-131 of May 3, 2008 on the special status of permanent researchers, maîtres de conférences class "B" and maîtres de recherche class "B" who meet the regulatory conditions for applying for the
university accreditation cited in the provisions of executive decree no. 21-50 of January 28, 2021, setting the conditions and procedures for obtaining university accreditation, and decree no. 804 of July 14, 2021, as amended and supplemented, setting the procedures for obtaining university accreditation, as amended and supplemented, setting the terms and conditions for application of the provisions relating to university accreditation, can submit their applications exclusively via the "PROGRÈS" platform, using their professional electronic accounts via the following link: https://progrès.mesrs.dz/webgrh
The application period runs from Sunday May 28 to Sunday June 11, 2023.
