The Faculty of Construction Engineering at the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a for the cleaning of the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Construction as part of its 2019 operating budget. Chapter 22-18 article 03. The specifications are structured into a single lot: "Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas administrative areas of the Faculty of Construction Engineering". Tenderers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou against payment of the sum of 500.00 DA to the University's accounting agency. Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering in a single sealed envelope. marked :To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee.Consultation N°13/FGC/UMMTO/2018 relative to the cleaning of teaching and administrative areas.of the Faculty of Construction Engineering.Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. The file must include the following documents: Application file :  Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.  Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.  Copy of the company's articles of association, if applicable.  Copy of the company's valid agreement with the CET (technical landfill center).  Certificate of domiciliation of the company's bank account.  Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.  Certificat de qualification et de classification, agrément et certificat de qualité s'il y a lieu.  Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité under Algerian law for 2017.  Financial statements for 2015, 2016 and 2017 approved by the tax authorities.  Certified copy of trade register.  Copy of tax identification  Certified copy of the audited or scheduled tax assessment dated less than one month the date of submission  Extract from criminal record less than three months old at date of submission  Copies of valid social security declarations for company personnel.  Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS.  List of equipment with supporting documents (recent bailiff's report, purchase invoices, etc.). Declaration of knowledge of the premises and all elements relating to the performance of the cleaning services. (Appendix I) Technical offer :  Specifications completed, dated, quoted and initialed.  Receipt of withdrawal of specifications.  Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.  Personnel commitment (attached). Financial offer :  Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.  Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.  Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed. A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their offers from : 04/12/2018. The deadline for submission of bids is set for 11/12/2018 at 10 H 30 mn at the general secretariat of the faculty de génie de la construction, sise à HASNAOUA II, 02 éme étage, bureau N°07. Bidders may attend the opening of bids which will take place on the same day at 11 H at office N° 07, General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering (HASNAOUA II). The period of validity of bids is equal to the period of preparation of bids plus three months from from the date of bid opening.
