INVITATION TO TENDER N°14/FGC/UMMTO/2019
The Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the cleaning of theteaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Construction Engineering as part of its 2020 operating budget.Chapter 22-18 article 03.
The specifications are structured as a single lot: " Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas at the Faculty of Construction Engineering".
Tenderers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, against payment of the sum of 500.00 DA to the University's accounting agency.
Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering in a single sealed envelope marked :
To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee Consultation N°14/FGC/UMMTO/2019 relative to the cleaning of the teaching and administrative areas of the faculty of construction engineering.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer.
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their offers from : 15/12/2019.
The deadline for submission of bids is 22/12/2019 at 10 H 30 mn at the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, located at HASNAOUA II, 02nd floor, office N°07.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day at 11a.m. at Office N° 07, General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering (HASNAOUA II).
Tenders are valid for a period equal to the tender preparation period plus three months from the date of tender opening.
