The Faculty of Construction Engineering hereby informs all bidders who participated in consultation notice N°18/FGC/UMMTO/2022 concerning the cleaning of the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou " www.ummto.dz" and at the level of the local administration directorate and the trade directorate of the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou, that following the evaluation of the offers retained from this consultation, and following the evaluation criteria mentioned in the specifications
In accordance with Article 82 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of September 16, 2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations, any bidders contesting this choice are granted a period of ten (10 ) days from the first publication of this notice on the notice board within the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, to lodge their appeal with the bid opening and evaluation committee of the Faculty of Construction Engineering.
Tenderers interested in receiving the detailed results of their technical and financial bids are invited to contact the contracting department no later than three days after the first publication of this provisional award notice.
