The Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for "Accommodation services for members of defense juries", within the framework of the 2023 operating budget. Chapter 22-23 article 08. The specifications are structured in a single lot, namely: "Accommodation services for members of defense juries".
All service providers qualified in the field may bid for this consultation, and must obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages at the office located on the second floor of the Faculty's administrative block at HASNAOUA I. Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the dean of the faculty of literature and languages in a single closed and anonymous envelope bearing the words "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, consultation n° 03 / FLL /UMMTO/ 2023 concerning the provision of accommodation for members of defense juries. "
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file
Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Declaration of probity completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Copy of the company's articles of association;
Bank account number and address;
Copy of the trade register:
Copy of tax identification;
Extract from the tax rolls, discharged or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission;
Financial balance sheets for the last 2021 and 2022 and TCRs;
B/ Technical offer :
- Terms and conditions quoted and initialed bearing the handwritten mention "read and approved";
Declaration to be subscribed filled in, signed, dated and sealed;
- Attestations of update issued by the CNAS and attestation of update CASNOS;
List of personnel available to the company, as well as their specializations sealed, dated
and signed by the bidder (attach copies of diplomas required.)
- Parameters of the establishment's standing form signed and sealed by the bidder (supplied
by the administration)

- Bid letter completed, signed, dated and sealed.
