The Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the provision of "air passage tickets", as part of the 2020 operating budget (Chapter 21-19: Overseas training costs and management).

All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the general secretariat of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou (6th floor) located in the rectorate.
Tenders must be submitted to the General Secretariat of the University in a single sealed envelope marked "To be opened only by the Tender Opening and Evaluation Committee" and the title of the consultation.
