Chapter 22-19: Training and further training abroad and their costs  Management               Article: 01 : Training and further training abroad               Item: 02 : Expenses for short-term high-level scientific staysThe specifications are structured in a single lotTenderers interested in the present consultation, with a minimum financial capacity required, are invited to withdraw the specifications from the general resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou Campus Hasnaoua.This consultation will be published on the UMMTO website.www.ummto.dz and public display.Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "candidature", "technique" and "financière", as appropriate.   1. Application form
  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder
  • Articles of association (for companies)
  • Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
  • Any document enabling the capacities of the candidates or tenderers to be assessed.
  • Professional skills (qualification certificate).
  • Financial capacity, supported by balance sheets and T.C.R. for the last three years
  • Technical capabilities :
  • Human resources: A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees, accompanied by a list of employees and their specialization, and a certificate of updating issued by CNAS and CASNOS.
  1. Technical offer 
  • Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Copy of trade register.
  • Copy of tax identification
  • Bank account number and address
  • Copy of the audited or scheduled extract from the rolls dated less than one month before the date of submission;
  • Certificate justifying the Agency's representation in the city of Tizi-Ouzou
- Original criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission- Specifications signed and initialled, the last page bearing the handwritten words "Cahier des charges". read and accepted "
  1. Financial offer
  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Unit price list signed, dated and sealed by the bidder. (BPU)
  • A detailed estimate of quantities and costs, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder (DQE).
Bidders have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the secretariat of the deanery of the Faculty of Letters and Languages from 04/07/2018.The deadline for submission of bids is 11/07/2018 before 10h00mn.Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders. 10h 30mnin the faculty meeting room.The period of validity of the offers is equal to the period of preparation of the offers increased by three (03) months from the date of opening of the bids.
