Description of equipment (completed, signed and sealed); 3. Supporting technical brief (specifying: product origin; technical characteristics; performance, etc.). The technical characteristics of the proposed equipment must be justified by detailed technical documentation, prospectuses and other documents enabling their evaluation by the bid opening and evaluation committee. 4. commitment to warranty, after-sales service, training and delivery and installation times in accordance with the commitment sheet attached to the specifications; 5. Specifications, handwritten "read and accepted" on the last page. C - Financial offer file 1. Tender letter (completed, signed and sealed). 2. Unit price schedule (completed, signed and sealed). 3.
