The University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation on "Student transport for scientific, cultural and sporting activities". as part of the
operating budget for 2020.
Chapter 21-27: scientific, cultural and sporting activities
The specifications are structured in a single lot: "Student transport for scientific, cultural and sporting activities". All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid on this tender, and must obtain the specifications from the general secretariat of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website. www.ummto.dz and publicly posted.
Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou in a single anonymous sealed envelope marked "A PAS OUVRIR que par la
commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres - Consultation N°01/SDACS/UMMTO/2020bearing "Student transport for scientific, cultural and sporting activities"..
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from 11/03/2020 At the Secretariat General of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of TiziOuzou located at the rectoral tower 6th floor HASNAOUA I.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 18/03/2020 at 10:00 am.
Bidders are requested to attend the opening of bids on the same date and in the same office as above at 10h 30mn.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
