Chapter 21-27: Scientific, cultural and sporting activities
The specifications are structured in a single lot: "Production of printing work as part of the scientific, cultural and sporting activities of students at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou".
Allqualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid on this tender, and must obtain the specifications from the Sous Direction des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
Thisconsultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website WEBSITE www.ummto.dz and publicly posted.
Tenders must besubmitted to the Sous Direction des Activités Scientifiques Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou in a single sealed anonymous envelope marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres - Consultation N°02 /SDACS/UMMTO/2023 portant " Réalisation de travaux d'impression dans le cadre des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et sportives des étudiants de l'université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou ".
The file must include the following documents:
- Application form
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Copy of trade register ;
- Copy of tax identification number (TIN) ;
- Bank account number and address ;
- Copy of the audited or scheduled statement of account dated less than one month before the date of submission;
- Copy of up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS
-Copy of the judicial extract dated less than three months before the date of submission.

- Declaration to be signed and declaration of probity to be duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder
- The specifications have been quoted and initialed, with the last page marked " read and approved ".
C-Financial offer file
- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Detailed estimate and quantity signed, dated and sealed ;
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed ;
Tenderershave twelve (12 ) days in which to prepare and submit their bids, starting on 15/01/2023 at the Sous Direction des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, rez-de chaussée à coté de Département des Sciences Commerciales, HASNAOUA I.
Thedeadline for submission of bids is 10:00 am on 26/01/2023.
Tenderers are requested to attend the opening of bids scheduled for the same date on the 6th floor of the HASNAOUA I rectoral tower at 10.30 a.m.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
