The Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for "Student transport for scientific, cultural and sporting activities" as part of its operating budget for 2023 .
Chapter 21-27: Scientific, cultural and sporting activities
The specifications are structured in a single lot: "Student transport for scientific, cultural and sporting activities".
All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid on this tender, and must obtain the specifications from the Sous Direction des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website WEBSITE www.ummto.dz and publicly posted.
Tenders must be submitted to the Sous Direction des Activités Scientifiques Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou in a single anonymous sealed envelope marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres - Consultation N°03/SDACS/UMMTO/2023 portant " Transport des étudiants dans le cadre des activités scientifiques, culturelles et sportives".
The file must include the following documents:
- Application form
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Copy of the establishment's status
- Copy of trade register ;
- Copy of the audited or scheduled statement of account dated less than one month before the date of submission;
- Copy of the establishment's status
- Equipment list (number of buses and vans).
B- Technical offer file
- Declaration to be duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder
- Copy of tax identification number (TIN) ;
- Copy of statistical identification (NIS) ;
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals) ;
- Bank account number and address ;
- The specifications have been listed and initialed, and the last page bears the words " Read and Accepted ".
- Authorization to operate a line issued by the wilaya transport authority.
C- Financial offer file
- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Detailed estimate and quantity signed, dated and sealed ;
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed ;
Tenderers have twelve (12 ) days in which to prepare and submit their bids, starting on 15/01/2023 at the Sous Direction des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, rez-de chaussée à coté de Département des Sciences Commerciales, HASNAOUA I.
The deadline for submission of bids is 10:00 am on 26/01/2023.
Bidders are requested to attend the opening of bids scheduled for the same date on the 6th floor of the HASNAOUA I rectoral tower at 10:30 a.m.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
