Notice of consultation N° 10 /SMM/FDSP/UMMTO/2018 Chapter : 22/18- Article 01 Concerning painting works for the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou. The Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation concerning painting works for the benefit of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou within the framework of the 2018 operating budget, chapter 22/18-01. The specifications are structured as a single lot: Single lot: Painting work This consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz Interested and qualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. Bids must include an application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" and "financial" or, as the case may be. Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed: (balance sheets for the last three years, extract from the roll, certificates of satisfactory performance, ....). B/ Technical offer : - Specifications filled in, dated, quoted and initialed with the mention read and accepted. - Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder. - Copy of trade register; - Copy of tax identification ; - Bank account number and address; - Deadline for completion (written commitment); - Extract from criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission. C/Financial offer: - Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed. - Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed. - Duly dated, signed and sealed itemized bill of quantities. A deadline of eight (08) days from 12/06/2018 is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids. The deadline for submission of bids is 19/06/2018 à 10h00 the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science. Tenders will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on the same day at the headquarters of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou. Bidders who wish to attend may do so. Tenders are valid for a period equal to the tender preparation period plus three months from the date of the tender opening.
