Avis de consultation N° 14 /FGEI/UMMTO/2018-Chapitre 22/18-Article 01The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for the following projects "Maintenance and repair work", as part of the operating budget 2018, chapter 22-18, article 01.  The specifications are structured in three (03) lots:Lot 01: Repair work.Batch 01: Maintenance work.Lot 01: Hardware.                     The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. www.ummto.dzQualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "technical" or "financial", as the case may be. The two envelopes are placed in a separate anonymous envelope, marked: "DO NOT OPEN and addressed to:                                                                                                                         Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Consultation N° 14 / FGEI/UMMTO/ 2018For "Maintenance and Repair Work".

A delay of Nine (09) Days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids at the Faculty's headquarters from : June 10, 2018.The closing date for bids is : June 18, 2018, à 10H00  the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.The bids will be opened on the same day as the submission deadline: on June 18, 2018 à 10H30  at the Tizi-Ouzou Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.Tenders are valid for a period equal to the tender preparation period plus three months from the date of the tender opening.
