The Faculty of Construction Engineering of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a call for tenders for "Accommodation and catering services for members of dissertation defense juries and guest lecturers", within the framework of the operating budget for 2022, Chapter 22-11 article 06. The specifications are structured as a single lot: "Accommodation and catering services".

All qualified service providers in the field can bid for this consultation, and must obtain the specifications from the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, office B40, located at HASNAOUA II. This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and displayed in public.

Tenders must be submitted to the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering in a single, closed, anonymous envelope marked "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation no. 01/FGC/UMMTO/2022 concerning accommodation and catering services for members of defense juries and guest lecturers".

The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file
- A completed, signed, dated and sealed application form;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Copy of the electronic trade register
- Copy of the company's articles of association.
- Copy of the company's approval.
- Copy of tax identification.
- Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
- Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.
- Bank account number and address.
- Criminal record valid on the date of the bid by the bidder or the director.
- Extract from the tax roll, either discharged or with a schedule, valid on the date of the bid by the bidder or the director.
- Tables of TCR income statements for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 approved by the tax authorities.
- Copies of certificates of satisfactory performance of similar services for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
B/ Technical offer:
- List of specifications quoted and initialed;
- Declaration to be subscribed filled, signed, dated and sealed;
- Attestations of update delivered by the CNAS and attestation of update CASNOS;
- List of the personnel which the company has, as well as their specializations sealed, dated and signed by the tenderer.
- Capacity of reception of the establishment sealed and signed.

C/ Financial offer
- Letter of tender completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Schedule of unit prices signed, dated and sealed;
- Estimate and quantity estimate signed, dated and sealed;

A period of seven (07) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 03/01/2022. The deadline for submission of bids is set for 09 /01/2022 at 10:30 am, at the General Secretariat, office B40, 2nd floor of the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II. Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 09/01/2022 at 11:00 am, at the office of the General Secretariat of the Faculty (HASNAOUA II).
The validity period of tenders is equal to the tender preparation period plus three months from the date of tender opening.
