The Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for "Student transport for scientific, cultural and sporting activities" as part of its operating budget for 2022.
Chapter 21-27: scientific, cultural and sporting activities
The specifications are structured in a single lot: "Student transport for scientific, cultural and sporting activities".
All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid on this tender, and must obtain the specifications from the Sous-Direction des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and publicly posted.
Tenders must be submitted to the Sous-Direction des Activités Scientifiques Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou in a single closed anonymous envelope marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres - Consultation N°01 /SDACS/UMMTO/2022 portant " Transport des étudiants dans le cadre des activités scientifiques, culturelles et sportives ".
The file must include the following documents:
A- Application file
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of the establishment's status
- Copy of the trade register;
- Copy of excerpt from the audited roll or with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission;
- Copy of criminal record dated less than three months before the date of submission;
- Copy of the establishment's status
- List of equipment (number of buses and vans).
B- Technical offer file
- Declaration to be duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder
- Copy of the trade register
- Copy of the tax identification number (NIF);
- Copy of the statistical identification number (NIS);
- Attestation de mise à jour délivrée par la CASNOS et CNAS (originales) ;
- Numéro et domiciliation du compte bancaire ;
- Le Cahier des charges coté et paraphé, portant à la dernière page la mention " lu et Accepté "
- Autorisation d'exploitation de ligne délivrée par la direction de transport de wilaya.
C- Financial offer file
- Tender letter duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Estimated and quantitative details signed, dated and sealed;
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed;
Tenderers have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids, starting 02/01/2022 at the Sous-Direction des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, first floor next to the Département des Sciences Commerciales, HASNAOUA 1.
The deadline for submission of bids is 09/01/2022 at 10:00 am.
Tenderers are requested to attend the opening of bids scheduled for the same date on the 6th floor of the HASNAOUA 1 rectoral tower at 10.30 a.m.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
