The Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the " Maintenance and Repair of the Automobile Fleet " for the benefit of the Université Mouloud MAMMER Tizi-Ouzou, as part of the 2023 operating budget.

Single lot: Mechanical Maintenance and Repair
Tenderers specializing in the field and interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the "Sous Direction des Moyens et de la Maintenance" of the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.
Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked :
"NOT TO BE OPENED OTHER THAN BY THE BID OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE" and addressed to :

The documents required for the technical, financial and application offers are :
A/ Application form :
Declaration of candidacy, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Declaration of probity, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Copy of the company's articles of association.
Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, bidders or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed:
- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references (List of personnel available to the company and their specializations, List of equipment in possession with supporting documents (purchase invoices) and A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees accompanied by a listing approved by the CNAS showing the dates of entry and exit of employees
Copy of the trade register.
Copy of tax identification number.
Bank account number and address.
Copy of the audited tax return or tax return with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
Copy of the certificate of updating issued by CASNOS and CNAS
CNAS declaration
Copy of police record less than three months old at the time of submission.
B/ Technical offer:
Declaration to be signed and declaration of probity which must be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Specifications filled in, dated, quoted and initialed
Specifications bearing the mention read and approved
C/ Financial offer :
Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the general secretariat from 26/01/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is 02/002/2023 at 10h00mn.
If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.
The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the closing date at 10.30am on the 6th floor of the Rectorate of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou.
Bidders are invited to attend the bid opening session.
