Notice of consultation N°01/SMM/ FDSP/ UMMTO/2018 Chapter : 22/13- Article 08 Concerning the acquisition of stationery and educational supplies (exam papers) for the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University. MAMMERI" UNIVERSITY The Faculty of Law and Political Science of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the acquisition of stationery and educational supplies (exam papers) as part of the 2018 operating budget. The specifications are structured in one (01) single lot: Single lot: Acquisition of stationery and educational supplies (examination sheet) This consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz Interested and qualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each bid must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" or "financial", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and addressed to: Monsieur le Doyen de la faculté de Droit et des Sciences Politiques Consultation N°01/SMM/FDSP/UMMTO/2018 Portant acquisition de papeterie et fourniture pédagogiques (feuille d'examen) The file must include three offers: An application file containing - Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed. - Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed. - Power of attorney documents. - Any document enabling us to assess the capabilities of candidates, tenderers or subcontractors, if any. A technical offer containing - Specifications filled in, dated, quoted and initialed with the mention read and accepted. - Copy of commercial register - Copy of tax identification card - Delivery deadlines (written commitment) - Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed A financial offer containing - The tender letter, duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder; - The unit price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed; - The duly completed, dated, signed and sealed itemization of quantities and estimates; A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids at the Faculty headquarters from 18/04/2018. The submission of bids is set for the date of 25/04/2018 at 10:00 am at the means and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science. The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission on 25/04/2018 à 10H30 at the headquarters of the Faculty of Law and Political Science Boukhalfa Tizi-Ouzou. Bidders who so wish may attend the bid opening session.
