Notice of consultation N°01/UMMTO/FGEI/2020
The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a consultation concerning "ACCOMMODATION SERVICES" as part of the operating budget for the year 2020 chapter 22/11 Article 06.
The specifications are structured in one (1) lot:
Lot unique : "PRESTATION DE RESTAURATION".
The notice of this consultation will be publicly posted and published on the UMMTO website (www.ummto.dz).
All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation.
The specifications can be obtained from the general secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering Hasnaoua II (3rd floor -Administrative Block).
Bids must include an application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope indicating the name of the company, the subject of the invitation to tender and the words: "application file, technical offer or financial offer". These envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope marked: "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE TENDER OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE".
The deadline for submission of bids is : January 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the general secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
The bids will be opened on the same day as the submission deadline: the January 14, 2020 at 10:30 am at the headquarters of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering Tizi-Ouzou.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
