The Université Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for: "Binding and printing costs" for the Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou, as part of the 2023 operating budget,

It is structured as follows:
Single lot: Binding and printing costs
Interested bidders may bid for one or more lots
Bidders specializing in this field and interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the Sous-Direction des Moyens et de la Maintenance of the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.
Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "Technical", "Financial" or "Application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to :

The documents required for the technical, financial and application bids are:
A/ Application file:
Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Copy of the company's articles of association.
Any document enabling the capabilities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed:
a- Professional capability: qualification and classification certificates, approvals and quality certificates.
b- Financial capability: financial resources supported by balance sheets and bank references.
c- Technical capability: human and material resources and professional references.
B/ Technical offer:
Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Copy of trade register.
Copy of tax identification.
Number and address of bank account.
Copy of excerpt from the tax roll, audited or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of the bid.
Copy of Attestation de mise à jour issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
Copy of criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission.
Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law
Specifications filled in, dated, quoted and initialed, read and approved.
C/ Financial offer :
Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.
Tenderers have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance from 23/03/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is 30/03/2023 at 10h00mn.
If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.
The bids will be opened at 10:30 am on the same day as the closing date at the Sub-Directorate for Resources and Maintenance of the Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou University.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
