      La Faculté des Lettres et des Langues de l’université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou relance la consultation portant «Acquisition de matériels et mobiliers pédagogiques »au profit de la Faculté des Lettres et des Langues de l’Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, within the framework of the 2018. The specifications are structured in a single batch:Lot 01: Acquisition du mobiliers pédagogiques                                                       Les soumissionnaires intéresses par la présente consultation sont invités à retirer le cahier des charges auprès du service des moyens généraux et de la maintenance de la Faculté des Lettres et des Langues de L’Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou Campus Hasnaoua.La présente consultation fera l’objet d’une publication sur le site web de l’UMMTO www.ummto.dz and public display.Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. 1. Application form

• Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder
• Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder
• Articles of association (for companies)
• Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
• Any document enabling the capacities of the candidates or tenderers to be assessed.
• Professional skills (qualification certificate).
• Capacités financières (justifiées par les bilans financiers des deux dernières années).
• capacités techniques :
• moyens humains : une déclaration CNAS atteste le nombre de salariés employés, une attestation de mise à jour délivrée par la CNAS et la CASNOS.

1. Technical offer 

• Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
• Copy of trade register.
• Copy of tax identification
• Bank account number and address
• Copy of the audited or scheduled extract from the rolls dated less than one month before the date of submission;

1. Financial offer

• Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
• Unit price list signed, dated and sealed by the bidder. (BPU)
• A detailed estimate of quantities and costs, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder (DQE).

Bidders have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the secretariat of the deanery of the Faculty of Letters and Languages from 03/06/2018.The deadline for submission of bids is 10/06/2018 à 10h00mn.Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders. 10h 30mn in the faculty meeting room.The period of validity of the offers is equal to the period of preparation of the offers increased by three (03) months from the date of opening of the bids.
