The Faculty of Medicine of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the purchase of stationery and teaching supplies under the 2023 operating budget, chapter 22-13, article 08.
The specifications are structured in a single (01) lot:
Single lot: Acquisition of stationery and teaching supplies
The present consultation will be published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz and posted publicly.
All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit bids. The specifications can be obtained from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Medicine at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must be submitted to the Service des Moyens Généraux in a single sealed envelope marked "A N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERENCE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and bearing the title of the consultation. The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- Original excerpt from the tax rolls, discharged or with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Certificate of current status issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals).
- Original criminal record dated less than three months before the date of submission.
- Approved financial statements for 2020, 2021 and 2022 and TCR.
- Certificate of good performance for 2020-2021-2022.
B/ Technical offer:
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Delivery deadline (commitment).
- Samples.
C/ Financial offer
- Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Estimated and quantitative details duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Unit price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Bidders have eight (08) days in which to prepare their bids, starting on
March 23, 2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is March 30, 2023 at 10H00mn.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the tender submission date, March 30, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in the meeting room of the Faculty of Medicine.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months.
