The Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the " Acquisition of Teaching Furniture; Teaching Cabinets and Renewal of Teaching Equipment and Furniture (BEN YAHIA amphitheatre)" , for the benefit of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, as part of the 2022 operating budget.

The specifications are structured in three (03) lots:

            Lot 01: Acquisition of Educational Furniture

            Lot 02: Acquisition of Educational Cabinets

            Lot 03: Renewal of teaching equipment and furniture

All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit their bids and to collect the specifications from the "Service des moyens et de la maintenance de la faculté des sciences économiques, commerciales et des sciences de gestion" of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou (Bureau n °05 au 02èmeétage).

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou: www.ummto.dz and the consultation letters.

Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked :

"A N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" the title of the consultation:

Concerning: " The acquisition of teaching furniture, teaching cupboards and the renewal of teaching equipment and furniture (BEN YAHIA amphitheatre)for the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou".

  The documents required for the technical, financial and application offers are :

A/ Application file:

  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
  • Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
  • Plant status.
  • Any document that can be used to assess the capabilities of candidates or tenderers.

B/ Technical offer :

  • Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
  • Copy of trade register.
  • Copy of tax identification
  • Bank account number and address
  • Extract from the tax rolls, audited or with schedule and dated less than one month prior to submission date
  • The specifications have been listed and initialed, and the last page bears the words "Read and Accepted" .
  • NIF, NIS, CASNOS update.

C/ Financial offer:     

  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
  • Detailed estimates and quantities, dated, signed and sealed
  • Dated, signed and sealed unit price schedule

A period of eight (08 ) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences from 28/09/2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is 05/10/2022 at 10h00mn.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty (Office n°2).

 Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
