The Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for "Student transport to the workplace", as part of its operating budget for 2023 .

The specifications are structured into a single lot: Transporting students to the workplace
All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid for this tender. They must obtain the specifications from the general secretariat of the Faculty ofBiological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences.
This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website WEBSITE www.ummto.dz and publicly posted.
Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agricultural Sciences in asingle closed anonymous envelope marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres - Consultation N°09/FSBSA/UMMTO/2022 portant " Transport des étudiants dans le milieu professionnel".
The file must include the following documents:
- Application form
- Copy of tax identification number (TIN) ;
- Copy of statistical identification (NIS) ;
- Copy of trade register ;
- Copy of audited or scheduled statement of account dated less than one month before the date of submission;
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals) ;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of the establishment's status
- List of equipment (number of buses and vans)
- Financial statements for the last three years, accompanied by profit and loss statements (TCR).
- Technical offer file :
- Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Bank account number and address ;
- Authorization to operate a line issued by the wilaya transport authority.
- List of specifications;
- Financial financial offer
- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Detailed estimate and quantity signed, dated and sealed ;
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed ;
- The breakdown of the total and fixed price.
Eight (08) days are allowed for bidders to prepare and submit their bids from 20/12/2022 at the Secretariat General of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences located at HASNAOUA II.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 27/12/2022 at 10:00 am.
The opening of the bids will take place, in the presence of the bidders who so wish, on the same day as the deadline for the submission of bids on 27/12/2022 at 10H 30Mn, at the office of the general secretariat of the faculty (HASNAOUA II).
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
