Notice of consultation N°10/FGC/UMMTO/2018

The Faculty of Construction Engineering of UMMTO launches a consultation for the acquisition of materials and supplies for the benefit of postgraduate training within the framework of the 2018 operating budget. Chapter 22-23, Article 04. The specifications are structured in a single lot, namely: "materials and supplies for postgraduate training." Suppliers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office N°07, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI." University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public. Tenders must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation no. 10/FGC/UMMTO/2018 concerning the acquisition of equipment and supplies for postgraduate training". The file must include the following documents: A/ Application form :
  • Declaration of candidacy completed, dated, signed and sealed;
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed ;
  • Copy of tax identification card ;
  • Commitment to supply new, high-quality consumables (inks and toners)
  • Criminal record valid on the date of submission by the bidder or director ;
  • Income statement tables (TCR) for 2015, 2016 and 2017 approved by the tax authorities
  • Copy of trade register ;
  • Certificate of direct debit.
  • Excerpt from the tax roll, discharged or with a valid payment schedule.
  • Valid CNAS and CASNOS certificates.
B/ Technical offer :
  • List of specifications;
  • Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed ;
  • Commitment to delivery date (printed in appendix) ;
  • Equipment warranty commitment (printout attached)
  • Technical documentation for requested materials and supplies.
C/ Financial offer :
  • Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Unit price schedule duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Quantities and estimates duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Bidders have eleven (11) days to prepare and submit their bids from : 26/07/2018. The deadline for submission of bids is 05/08/2018 à 10H30mn Office No. 07, General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, HASNAOUA II. Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. on 05/08/2018 à 11 H office n°07, general secretariat on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the HASNAOUA II Faculty of Construction Engineering. Tenders are valid for three months from 05/08/2018.
