The University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation concerning: "Acquisition of electrical items, paint and hardware" for the benefit of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou, within the framework of the operating budget 2023,
Imputation: chapter 21-18 article 01
It is structured in three (03) lots as follows:
Lot N° 01 Acquisition of electrical items
Lot N°02 : Acquisition of painting items
Lot N° 03 : Acquisition of hardware

Tenderers specializing in this field and interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance at the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.
Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked:
"NE PAS OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and addressed to :

au profit de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou "

The documents required for the technical and financial offers and the application file are:
A/ Application file:

 Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Copy of company articles of association.
 Copy of trade register.
 Copy of tax identification number.
 Bank account number and address.
 Copy of tax assessment statement, audited or with schedule, dated less than one month before submission date.
 Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS.

 Copy of criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission.
 Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.

B/ Technical offer:
 Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
 Specifications to be completed, dated, signed and initialled, read and approved.

C/ Financial offer :

 Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
 Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
 Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.

Tenderers have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the general secretariat, starting on 25/05/2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is 01 / 06 /2023 at 10h00mn.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the closing date at 10.30am on the 6th floor of the Rectorate of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
