Relaunch consultation N°01 bis/SMM/SG/FESCSG/UMMTO/2018

The Faculty  Economics, Business and Management Sciences   of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou is re-launching the "Service  from restoration ", within the framework of the the year 2018    Chapter 22-11: Reimbursement of expenses. Article 06:  Expenses relating to university cooperation, including transport, accommodation and catering for members of dissertation defense juries and guest lecturers.The specifications are structured as a single lot:Single lot: Catering servicesThis consultation will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and public display.All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the Faculty's Resources and Maintenance Department.  Economics, Business and Management SciencesBids should be submitted to   Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance de la Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion  in a single sealed envelope marked "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE BID OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE". and the title of the consultation. The file must include the following documents:A / application form : 

• Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
• Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
• Plant status
• Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
• Any document that can be used to assess the capabilities of the candidates or tenderers, and any subcontractors.
• Professional skills (qualification certificate).
• Financial capacity (supported by balance sheets for the last three years).
• Technical capabilities: human and material resources.

B/ Technical offer : 

• Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
• Copy of trade register.
• Copy of tax identification
• Bank account number and address
• Extract from the tax rolls, audited or with schedule and dated less than one month prior to submission date

- Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS

• A CNAS declaration certifying the number of employees
• Criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission
• Certificate justifying the Agency's representation in the city of Tizi-Ouzou
• The specifications have been listed and initialed, and the last page bears the words "Read and Accepted" .

 C/ Financial offer :

• Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
• Dated, signed and sealed estimate of costs and quantities
• Dated, signed and sealed unit price schedule

Submission conditions The present specifications apply to any natural or legal person registered in the commercial register:

• Has the necessary resources to honor its commitments in accordance with the provisions of the present specifications.
• With a sales office in Tizi-Ouzou.
• Can cover all the services specified in the specifications

Bidders are given ten (10) days to prepare and submit their bids to the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance de la Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion from 20 /03/ 2018.The deadline for submission of bids is 29/03/2018 à 10h30mn.Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders at 10.30 a.m. at the secretariat of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences.The period of validity of the bids is equal to the period of preparation of the bids increased by three (03) months from the date of opening of the bids.
